2. Our talented artists will create a portrait based on this image. 

3. Expect to receive artwork previews via email within 7 days. If you have any revision requests, we'll meticulously adjust the portrait until we achieve your complete satisfaction. 

4. Upon receiving your approval of the artwork, we commence printing within 48 hours.

For US Orders: 5-8 business days.

Due to the personalized and exclusive nature of all our orders, we do not accept returns. However, we stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you're unhappy with your product upon receipt, we'll happily redo and replace it at no extra cost to you.
